Client Security Solution problem

Hi,

when I run Client Security Solution and want to reset the hardware password the communiacate says "The Set up hardware password reset fuction is intended for Thincentre and Thinkpad computers only and is only supported on selcted models" - I have Thinkpad R51 why I cannot do this.

Also after installing the Client Security Vintage in "My computer folder" another drive appeared with letter Q, I cannot set there up anything as the computer is asking me for Administrator password and login, I never set up anything like this so I do not know them. Where I can find this.

Maybe it is connected with the situation I have deleted by mistake hidden partition on harddrive. can I restore this partition at all? What it was for?

I have a brand new thinkpad T43 and I did not touch the hidden partition, yet I get the same thing when I try to do that as well. Have you set any BIOS or hardware passwords? I have not and maybe I am thinking that feature will only become available if you do have those passwords enabled.

I havent set up any passwords for these, also administrator password does not work. I have not idea where to get this thing.

Finally, they told me only some smart R51 chips support this good thing. I was working on a T43 for this function...almost going to roll the system back to factory-initial status...
