How to check?

Is there a way to discern the country of origin for my keyboard without removing it?

If it's the original keyboard that shipped with your laptop from the factory go here:
http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... sLookup.vm

Put in your numbers or auto-detect your system. Look down the list for the keyboard. Now do a search for the part or fru number and you will know what you have.
