Please help with wifi upgrade on x31

I recently purchased the 73p4301 11abg wifi card directly from Lenovo...

I updated the Bios, Drivers, and everything else ln my x31, but still get 1802 error.

The only FRU P/N on the card they sent me is 39T0081.

Did they send me the wrong card?

Any thoughts?

Now IBM tech support says the card in not compatible and IBM sales insists it is compatible...

Now what ?

Ask tech support to exchange the card for the proper model or work on your behalf with sales to get it right. At worst, you may receive a refurbished or used card but at least you will have a card that works!
