Delete backup in hdd

Delete backup in hdd

I usually back up my data to Pc' hdd. Now It's full. How can I delete some old back up in Hdd?
Old T42 2378FVU- 1.7ghz-1Gb-SXGA-60Gb-7200Rpm
New T60-2623-D4U- 1.83ghz-1.5Gb ram-SXGA-80Gb Sata

what program do you use to back up your data?

I used IBM rapid to backup. When I open this software, I can see any backup I'd stored. But there no funtion to delete them.
