T40 and BartPE Network Configurator

anyone with a T4x and the latest BartPE BootCD?

for some reason I can setup any network connection on any desktop I've tried but on my T40, the BartPE BootCD will not load network drivers, it looks like it can't find the device drivers

what's the trick please?

the response from the Network Configuration Setup is

"Unable to install network adapters"

So find the drivers for the ThinkPad, put them in the drivers folder where you exploded the Bart PE download and build a new CD. That's what I do. ... JD Hurst
