New power supply for TPs...

#1 Post by jeffcrilly » Fri Nov 04, 2005 1:57 pm

Mobility Electronics is now shipping to Lenovo a new slim 72 watt AD/DC adapter with smaller, lighter power (whatever that means) for the thinkpad line.

I wonder if my T42 (which is stuck in customs) will get one of these, or the (imo) fairly large ac/dc adapter.

You will continue to get the same basic one .. they won't change these mid-stream.

AC/DC adapter is the key term here.

That's not the same thing at all as the normal AC only mains power adapter that ships with most T series configurations.
