T30 cracked screen: are 11P8222 and 11P8293 compatible?

I have a T30 with a cracked screen. The original screen is a 11P8293. I've located a 11P8222 screen. What are the differences? Will the 11P8222 work? Is the cable the same?

11P8293 was replaced with 11P8359 (LCD PANEL-14.1 XGA 150NIT)

What does 150 or 200NIT mean? Do you know about the original question?
