Software Installer error

The program started when I installed some upgrades with the software installer.

Then for some other reasons, I had to restore my computer to a previous date.

Then now, whenever I wanted to upgrade some programs, the upgrade will always give a failure.

Anybody knows how can I solve this problem? I think the software installer is a very good program..

Hmmmm, what to do when the Software Installer itself is broken

Well, you can try downloading the Latest software installer manually from the IBM/Lenovo Website; install it, then see what happens...Hopefully, that should resolve the problem
