Temperture monitoring R-31 XP

For my desktop I have Intel's system monitor program.

It shows temperture at a number of points,fan speed, voltages, and more

Is there a program that will do at least part of this for a Thinkpad R-31 running eXtrp Painful (XP)?

I don't know about fan speed, but there is a great program out there called Mobile Meter. It has the cpu temp, hdd temp, voltage, and processor speed.

You can find it by using google.
