ibm customer care sucks

i sent in my laptop because there were pressure marks. a gamble. but i also said that the backlight was bleeding through the edge. that SHOULD be covered by warranty right? but they said the bleeding was because of the pressure mark. i doubt i could push hard enough on the lcd in order to physically move it out of its place.

The pressure marks, you could argue, are a result of faulty assembling.

i'm sending this in again and just say that there's backlight bleeding.
