Is there somewhere I can get the pre-Lenovo driver files for my T41?

I have a T41 and all of the latest drivers work properly. What is the need on your part? ... JD Hurst

I installed the new packages after doing a clean install and performance seemed sluggish.

I see. That is not true for me. I recently went to the IBM FTP site where they used to maintain such files, and the site is closed (effective Nov. 1).
