Can't get past F1 Startup

Hey all! I replaced the CMOS battery in my R30 by following the instructions in the IBM FRU Harware Manual. Everything went great and I put it all back together. When I power-up I go through BIOS and get my IRQ errors to telling me to go into BIOS by pressing F1.

Nothing happens past here. the keyboard works but I cannot get F1 to let me enter BIOS. What am I doing wrong at this point? Am I missing something?
