Audio controller

Hi,

I have a new T43 model 266889U. I've looked this up many places on the Web but find conflicting information.

How do I tell if my machine has an AC '97 audio controller or uses IHD (Intel High Definition) which is an integrated part of the 915PM Sonoma chipset in my machine?

My understanding is that the latter is far superior to the former.
