Which WLan-Driver for my t43?

Hello there,

could someone please tell me, which WLan-Driver I need for my T43 (2668 74G) when I do a fresh install of XP Prof. (not from the hidden partition)? Do I need

Intel PRO 2200bg and 2915abg Mini PCI adapter wireless software for Windows 2000, XP - ThinkPad R5*, T4*, X31, X32, X4*, Z60m

or

802.11ab, 802.11bg and 802.11abg Wireless LAN Mini PCI and ThinkPad 802.11abg, ThinkPad 802.11bg Wireless LAN Mini PCI Express adapter software for Windows 2000 and XP - ThinkPad General

???

Please tell me if there is a difference (Intel Pro Driver doesnt seem to affect my Thinkpad...).
The main problem is, that Access Connection wasn't able to activate and deactivate my WLan-Adapter. Could someone please help?

I just realized, that there is a third option:

Please help, I am totally confused. I am trying to solve the Problem with the power state and access connections. I just won't work...
