X24 CD drive options

I have an X24 with no ultrabase. I have the following as well - an X31 with ultrabase/CDRW drive, a T21 with CD/DVD drive and the external enclosure that came with the T21. Will I be able to get a CD drive working on the X24 with either of these options? I also have a port replicator which I believe may accept the external drive enclosure with CD drive.
