T41p sound echo...

While having the windows standard sound scheme activated on my T41p (running XP prof), there seems to be a sligth echo from the double-click "tick" sounds. I first thought that this was acoustic feedback from the microphone, but its there even if I mute the mic.

Anyone else noticed this - I am not even sure that the echo sound is coming from the speakers. Its delayed about half a second.

I get that too, but I also get it on my desktop...so it may just be that the sound file is like that.
