Do any Mini PCI wireless cards work in an A series (A22e) ?

Hi guys, first-time poster here. I'm Pete, a 23 year old Purdue student currently out in San Jose for an internship. :)

I have an A22e. It's a nice laptop that I got for free from a neighbor after he dropped it and cracked the LCD. I got a new display for it and now have it up and running Ubuntu. It works like a champ.

Right now I'm using a Netgear FA511 cardbus card with ndiswrapper to get wireless connectivity. It's obviously not the best solution out there. My thinkpad uses the Intel 10/100 Ethernet Mini PCI card, and I'm wondering if I can swap it out with a wireless Mini PCI card. I realize that this means losing my wired LAN connection, but that's ok for me.

Has anyone tried this? I was thinking about going for the wireless card that's offered in the T30...

Thanks!

Please check your WLAN mini pci card is standard or short type first. If standard, the wifi card from T30 should be fine. If short type, you have to choose short wifi mini pci card.
