Does T42 with 7500 graphics chip have the fan noise problem?

Sorry about the repost -- but I was hoping that with a clearer subject header that someone might address this question.

I have reviewed prior posts and am still confused whether t42 and 7500 graphics card = fan noise problem. Posts indicate that the T42/7500 combo uses the "short" fan which poses the problem in the T41.

My question is whether this problem carries over to the T42? Does anyone have actual experience with this combo?

My conclusion, after reading all of the posts on this
subject, was that the T42/7500 has the short
(noisy) fan, whereas the T42/9600 has the long
(quieter) fan.
