Transferring MS Office from one computer to another

So I just recieved my new T42, and now I need to load it with office. I was planning on uninstalling it from my sister's computer, bc I loaded it on there. And then loading it on my computer, and being done. Not loading it back on her computer, as she never uses it. Will this work?
