Hi guys…. I am looking to buy notebook and can’t decide between a R52, T42 and T43. Can someone help?

It really depends on what you want to do with it. do you want to be really Mobile? How much Processing are you going to do on it? Is weight an issue?

Well, for me, the T43 was the best solution to all my needs; yours, I am sure, will vary. The R52 has almost the same board as the T Series...but isn't as light. This may matter unless you are going to get a 15" T43 or T42. The T43 has higher performance specs than the T42 and you get the Power Manager, then again...The T42 has many variation that fit exactly into specific roles and takes care of itself pretty well. What are the most important things you would like to have on your Thinkpad? :)
