I just ordered it from IBM certified new. I hope I ordered one without the dreded fan issue and with a good screen (it comes with FlexView).

Yes, I had one of these, and I returned it. The fan was really loud. And it didn't have a fingerprint reader or dvd burner, and had a small hard disk, all of which I wasn't too happy with. But mine had the Thai keyboard and it's definitely a Thinkpad all over.
