NEED URGENT HELP IBM THINKPAD 770

I cannot access anything on my notebook. I turn it on and it wont respond at all. Here is a picture of what the screen shows when I turn it on. I need to resolve this quickly in order to retrive documents and data vital to my research. Thank You.
