X40 - WPA wireless security won't work
I have a new X40 with internal PCI 802b/g wireless adapter. I am able to establish a connection with my Linksys WRT54G router and create a network. However it only works when I disable WPA encryption. If I enable WPA I cannot make a wireless connection. I formerly used a Toshiba Satellite with Linksys card and WPA worked fine. Any ideas as to what I am missing?
If the miniPCI is the intel b/g card, I think that these have a known problem with WPA and linksys access points. Depending on how much APs are, you can either have the MiniPCI replaced for IBM an a/b/g card (which has the Atheros chipset that works better with linksys APs) or get a different AP. I think Netgear works with the intel cards.

WPA Problem Fixed
I have used the system restore function on the X40 and restored the complete system. WPA encryption is now working correctly.
