Hello,
In the USB fingerprint specs, it says it doesnot support bios password authentication.
But inside windows both USB and the palmrest one show the same device type and ids, except for instance ids.
Does anyone know if there is a workaround. or is this just another 2010 kind of thing, disabled just for the sake of disabling ? Or there is a real problem for getting it to work via USB ( but again even the palmrest device is recognized as an USB device only )
