I have two in good shape IBM 240Z notebook.

What is the difference between IBM 240/240X and 240Z ?

IBM 240z 2609-81J models have this configuration (coppied from IBM/Lenovo site) :

Operating system: All [change]

Original description: PIII 600MHz (128KB) 64MB RAM, 20.00GB HDD, 10.4 TFT 1024x768 LCD, Modem, Ethernet(10/100), FDD, Win98

both should have at least 128mb ram, they have maybe even 196 mb. I will check and post here.

they have original japanese keyboard.

Collectors knows, what i am talking now, the price is 450$ + shipping from China for each.
