I've been fighting with this for a while and hope to find some help.
R52 1847-4BU
Has been imaged (i.e. the original installs were removed, no recovery available)
The wireless card works fine when the laptop is plugged in. If the laptop is booted while plugged in and then unplugged after booting, the wireless card continues to work. However, if booted while on battery, the wireless card will show a "device cannot start (code 10) in the device manager. If the device is disabled and re enabled it will start working.
I have installed every version of every network driver I can find for this machine, but it doesn't change the behavior.
I need to put this computer in front of a client who is not going to tolerate going into the device manager every time she wants to use the wireless on battery power... Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks
