Hardware maintenance disk

Please help mee i need thinkpad hardware maintenance disk.
Ver 1.68 -1.72

That link doesn't work; it gives an error saying you can't access this file directly.

I think what he wants is not a manual but rather the hardware maintenance disc that allows you to change the serial number, etc. If someone has it and wants to share they can share with me too. :wink:

BTW, this thread is crossposted in another forum, RAG etc., I think.

Your right about the link. Sorry. :oops:
I went to the site, then cut and pasted the address bar on the page I was on. I should have tested it after the fact like I usually do. I see Bill Bolton posted the correct link for the same site.

The link I was trying to provide was for the maintenance disk, not the manual as you supposed. I can see why you might think different, looking at the URL.
