Is there some possibility to extend PCI-Express Slot?

For our T43, can we extend PCI-E slot to setup PCI-E card. If so, we can add many inexpensive PCI-E cards to our laptop. For example, extend 2 PCI-E slot through PCMCIA?

I found PCI Card slot expansion for the laptop. Haven't found for PCI-Express yet.
