3 year onsite warranty about to expire, can I extend?

Have a Thinkpad (T40) that will expire in Sept 2006. Can I pay to have it extended? If so, how long? What is the rough cost? Right now it is under International 9/5 Onsite - purchased in 2003.

You can upgrade another 2 years, either depot or onsite as long as you do it before the original warranty expires. See this site:

Apparantly that site is for computers purchased from Lenovo. If you bought your computer before that date, you bought from IBM. See following site for IBM Warranty Upgrades.
