What's the power connector look like? Is it somewhat rectangular with 4 pins or is it round with one center pin? There were two types of ac adaptor among most ThinkPads.

On my 360, there are 4 power pins. The part of the connecter that actually fits into the computer is not quite rectangular... two of the corners are cut off, so it's actually 6- sided. I would suspect Kahlon has the right one... ???

I've still got two 360 series, one of which was upgraded (Evergreen?) to about 75 mhz, with 20 mb of RAM

I don't think there's any support at IBM for these, anymore, unless someone knows the "back door." If drivers aren't posted anywhere, I may be able to send you some. Mine, however, are a little disorganized.

The 755 series drivers should pretty much work, if you find them


To my knowledge, ALL Thinkpad power supplies are the same voltage, the only difference being the early ones used the 4 pin trapezoid shaped power supply, the newer ones used the barrel connector. Not all 4 pins are used.


You should be able to find these on eBay, too, I'd think. If you are able to solder and do "model airplane" type stuff, you can in some cases, carfully cut open the battery box and replace the cells.

I still dig mine out once in a while when I have to program a commercial two way radio.
