that memory module sometimes comes with ThinkPads T43's, but using IBM part number.

its a standard PC2 4200 module, works fine.

I'm pretty sure that's a nice price for 1GB sticks. I paid around $70 for a 512MB DDR2 4200 stick, "IBM Branded", this past summer.

Let us know how that ram works out. For $200 minus whatever I can get for the two 512MB IBM sticks, I'm seriously thinking about bumping up to 2GB.
