ETHERNET CONTROLLER DRIVER FOR T40

Hi,
I am trying to find an ethernet controller driver for my Thinkpad T40 2373-12g. I have checked the the IBM/Lenovo download and support page but there is no file available to download. I have various drivers missing on system devices such as, ethernet controller, PCI modem., SMS bus controller,USB controller and video controller. I am hoping to get on the net and for the T40 to find these drivers automatically but I need the ethernet controllers to allow me to get on the net.

I don't know very much about networking, drivers etc and would appreciate any help that comes my way.

I don't know how much this would help, but you could try the Software Installer. That should, depending on what system it finds out you have, get the right drivers. HTH

Question: if you can not get on the net, how did you post this onto tihs forum? If you used some other machine to do so, why not use it to download and install the drivers?
