IBM Shipping charge

I ordered thinkpad today through educational employ.
And in the front page of website.

It says that

"Standard shipping is included!. You save big on every order you place online. (red color)Standard shipping is included with every online order (red color end), plus it is combinable with promotions. Place your order today!"

But in the process of check out they charge $30. Anyway I ordered it because I want to get the computer asap. So after I finish up ordering I called up lenovo and waited 15minutes to talk with very rude customer representative. And I asked about the shipping and I sent the link of the website to him.

And he says that shipping in included but not free.

Can you guys understand this?

No idea. I ordered and shipping was totally free for me.

LOL. That is so messed up.

I guess it should have said "Free shipping included"

So if shipping is not included, then do you have go and pick it up? LOL

Im a little confused about my order. 2 business days on Lenovos website says $50, but when I chose that method at checkout my shipping charge reamined $0.00. Am i going to be billed later, or is this rally free?

It appears that 2 day shipping is indeed free for a limited time. I ordered a T 43 today and got zero shipping costs for 2 day.
