I have a new ibm t43 and i don´t now how to open it i try to solve my problems

To access the BIOS?

You can hit the blue IBM Access Button during the early startup phase to get into the configuration screen for the BIOS.

I think that Access IBM opens the IBM recovery app. If you just want the BIOS, it's F1 at startup, if I remember correctly.

Either way, you can get into the BIOS.

EDIT: I should have added that pressing the blue Access IBM button while in Windows, will take you to a screen with a lot of helpful information. This is different than pressing the Access IBM button on startup.
