Just picked up a T41 and notice that they keys on the keyboard feel very lightweight compared to those on my ThinkPad 600e. The rest of the computer feels really solid, but I just think IBM skimped on the quality of the individual keys.
Might seem like a minor gripe, but an excellent keyboard is what usually sets ThinkPads ahead of the pack.

Well, as I recall a lot of people think the 600e had one of the best laptop keyboards ever, so of course you are going to notice some difference. But then again, there are several manufacturers of keyboards for the T-series (each with it's own "character") so you may be able to find one that has a similar feel or is more toward your liking. Who made your T-series keyboard?
