WTB: 256MB or 512MB PC133 for ThinkPad X22

The subject says it all. I'm looking for a cheap PC133 module to use in my X22. 512MB would be better, but I don't want to spend a lot so 256MB is fine.

Running Windows 2000, so I guess 384MB total would be enough.
