ATI Radeon Mobility x300 flickers going to standby

#1 Post by davidspalding » Sat Dec 17, 2005 2:51 pm

Using the latest 8.163.1.1 (some individual files say 6.14.10.xxxx) drivers, I notice that my screen flickers for a few seconds, and may even change to a lower resolution, before suspending. Returning from suspend, some of the icons, and the mouse cursor (until I changed the pointers scheme) have variegated vertical white lines on them.

Anyone else noticed this recently? I used the Omega drivers for a while, but returned to the ATI drivers for a while. It's not a problem so to speak, just a bit annoying.
