What about the new Intel CPU / chipset in Jan 2006 ?

What is going to happen with the Z series when the new Intel CPU / chipset is released in Jan 2006 ?

I am hoping for it to be lighter and thinner and use less power with a 7200 RPM Hitachi. Also DVI out instead of VGA and 5.1 or 7.1 speaker outputs.

I am wanting to buy nowish and then again towards end of next year. What do people think I should do ?

I am looking at the Z60m and we currently have a T41 and a T42.
