Internal Clock on T22 is wrong

Internal Clock on T22 is wrong and always goes behind.
I don't know how to fix it...

ANy idea? CMOS battery died? BIOS issue?

I tried that test on my T-20 that seems to lock-up after playing DX8 compatible games after a few minutes, Both tests pass both times for me too, T-20 264792U-PIII 800-512-8 meg S3 Savage IX- XP SP2- Dx9.0c.
