I am thinking of getting this model 2668BJU, how can I find if this model or any particular model has built in bluetooth antenna built in already ??

How hard it is to install the antenna , will I void my warrenty.

SEARCH is your friend, there are several recent threads that answer your questions.

SEARCH for "tabook.pdf," it's the Lenovo tome which tells you which units are "upgradeable" (have the antenna installed).

SEARCH for "bluetooth," and old threads will lay down at your feet and beg to be read.

you need to download the hardware manitanence manual for your thinkpad model off the IBM web-site and find your model there. that'd be your answer.

The HMM only shows how to perform maintenance on all machine types of a class (e.g., "MT 2668/2669/2678/2679/2686/2687"). TAbook indicates which machine-type(MT)/model has Bluetooth optional.
