Useful space on a 30Gb drive

There was a question about a T41 somewhere else, so I thought I would answer it here in the T forum. My 30Gb drive is about half full. There is the recovery partition plus Windows XP Pro. That all takes 10 or so Gigabytes. I added a couple of gigs of files and now is it a little less than half full.

I use a 60Gb 7200-rpm in production on this machine. The 30Gb drive is slow and just for testing. ... JDHurst
