X32 - IBM Wireless (31P9701)

Hello,

Has anyone tried to install the IBM branded 31P9701 wireless card on an X32. (I give up on the Inel 29115 card) According to IBM's website they should be compatible. However, I get the "1802 Unsuppoted wireless card..." error. I spoke o IBM & they said it's NOT compatible!

Why wouldn't they both work? They are both supported cards on the X32.
Please elaborate.
