I can't access IBM ftp downloads - defunct ?

EDIT: Got it ! Was using OpenOffice for .pdf files. This site will only work with the latest version of Acrobat.

I have been trying to download off the site but all I get
is a blank page. Am I doing something wrong ? Try this as an example:
http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... WIK-3SYPX2

Which leads to:

ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/pc/pccbbs/mobiles/0

which goes to a blank page

seems like they stopped listing, but if you know the exact file name you can still download ( removed read permissions ? )
