LCD molding is wack

LCD molding is wack

the bottom of the LCD molding is bending out. you can put a penny in there, it is like a pouch. any ideas on how to close the gap? if not, anyone with part numbers for the molding? thank you!

I guess you are talking about your X40? My X41 has the same problem, and others have reported similar things, so I doubt a new part would necessarily solve the problem. Maybe pour glue into the gap and apply pressure? :shock: :D
I think I´ll rather not bother and hope it won´t collect too much dust.

i unscrewed the bottom 2 screws on the bottom of the screen, it helped a little.
