ATI 7500 mobility graphics card question

What does it mean when ATI says

32MB integrated video DDR memory, expandable to 64MB with external memory.

Does that mean it can share 32mb of system ram?

How does this video card work with AutoCadd 2005? I have 768 system ram on a 1.7M T42

I don't plan on gaming, but maybe a little photoshop. Tell me your experiences. [/u][/i]
