Z65t - DVD type

Does the Z65T DVD-RW drive use DVD+RW disks or DVD-RW disks?
I cannot find that specifically detailed at ibm.com

The new ThinkPad drives work with both + and - media.

I did see that the drive says DVD+RW.
Where did you find, or how do you know that it does both?

Have you seen that there is new drive available with dual layer support and higher speed?
Strangely it costs the same as the older multi burner...

Probably I'll spend some money for upgrading...
