thinkpad R52 (1860 A12) gets DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

My laptop is Thinkpad R52 1860 A12. Pentium M 1.6 / 80GB HDD/ Intel Graphic Card/ WinXP SP2. I tested and sured that it's because of the wireless driver from Thinkpad website (77wc14ww.exe / 4.1.102.1095). After installed, I got the blue screen of death shows DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and CPU works 100%. The message is STOP 0x000000D1. The log also shows the problem is from ar5211.sys (wireless driver).

Do anyone have prior drivers of another driver that could fix the problem? Thank you in advance?
