How do I get a Recovery CD

I got mine on ebay, my personal opinion is, "don't waste your time."

All the factory recovery on a 600X can do is load the factory image, no matter what. The user has no control over how it loads. You cannot do an "over the top" installation, like you can with a W9x Microsoft CD.

You can, and should, download all the utilities and drivers from IBM, and then you can load whatever you want, and partition the drive however you want.
