Recently had an issue with my 2200bg wireless card in my T41. IBM replaced it for me, but in the meantime i purchased a IBM a/b/g card for the 'a' network they recently set up in my office. Needless to say, now i have a new 2200bg card from IBM and no use for it. :)

FRU #: 27K9932

It comes directly from IBM, so it shouldn't have any issues working in the Thinkpads (as some of the non-IBM ones do). Regular price at IBM/Lenovo's website is $59 + shipping for the 2200bg (Running the FRU shows $79, Calexico-2)

$40 shipped USPS Priority Mail to the lower 48.
