T21 clean install XP

#1 Post by kengeo » Sat Jan 21, 2006 11:51 am

I have a T21 thinkpad. I would like to wipe the hard disc completely and load XP pro' [ I have my own CD] it has W2000 and a lot of junk on it and
no CDs. If I delete the existing drive/s [as I did on my desktop] will I be
able to load the XP O/S on without any problems?

You shouldn't have any significant problems installing XP. Just make sure you have all the appropriate drivers and system utilities for XP. They are available here:
